We’re hiring Company Truck Dispatchers (26 ft Straight Truck) to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS:
English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
Experience as a Company Truck Dispatcher (you have worked with assigned company trucks in US logistics);
Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills;
Attention to detail, high level of responsibility, and ability to multitask;
Willingness to cover assigned trucks on weekends in case of load cancellations, delays, or other urgent situations.
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (Kyiv time)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Searching for and booking loads for company trucks;
Planning routes and solving issues related to active loads;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and drivers (a human touch and proactive approach are highly important).
OPPORTUNITIES:
Base salary + percentage from gross profit;
Bonuses for reaching target gross revenue per truck;
